Analysis
Existing concrete stoop had no rails and the parking lot edge was open. We delivered a coordinated handrail + gate package in one finish.
Process
1) Survey & shop drawings 2) Fabricate rails and gate 3) Anchor posts 4) Hang gate 5) Adjust closer & strike.
Outcome
Customers now have a defined entry path with a secure after-hours gate in a clean matte finish.
