Elevated Deck with Horizontal Aluminum Rails
Project Overview
Composite deck plus short access stair tied into a paver patio. Railings are black horizontal-bar aluminum with lattice skirting that hides the sub-structure.
Analysis
Home had a small back stoop; we expanded to a full deck platform and closed it in with a modern horizontal rail.
Process
1) Frame & footings 2) Composite install 3) Stair build 4) Rail mount 5) Skirt & finish.
Outcome
A modern, usable outdoor platform that fits between the home and existing paver patio.
