Project Overview
Black horizontal-bar aluminum railings on a new-construction modern farmhouse, installed on brick-skirted landings and down the entry stair. Rails integrate with the exposed timber porch columns.
Analysis
Builder needed a railing system that matched the home's black trim and did not visually compete with the natural wood columns.
Process
1) Coordinate with GC on column layout 2) Shop-fab panels to match riser heights 3) Mount & align 4) Paint touch-up.
Outcome
Rails blend cleanly into a high-end modern farmhouse elevation.
