Self-Storage Facility Stair Railings
Project Overview
New concrete-and-bluestone stair with black aluminum railings at a working self-storage facility. Rail system covers the full run plus the top landing, matching an adjacent dumpster enclosure in the same finish.
Analysis
Tenants needed safer access between grade and the elevated sales office; we added rails that match existing site fencing and the dumpster enclosure.
Process
1) Site measure 2) Fab panels 3) Anchor base plates 4) Install and align 5) Touch-up paint.
Outcome
Continuous railing on both sides of the stair with a matching top-landing guard, tenant-ready.
